I would not recommend applying for an apartment here unless you want $45 of your hard earned money stolen from you. I was told my application would be reviewed but was completely ignored for 3 months. Then was told that my application was not in the system despite showing them a receipt of my payment. If you lost my application that cost $45 and the money was not put towards a background check or employee wages, then why am I not getting my money back? Real professional Country Springs.

Iâve stayed at these apartments for two years. Itâs been wonderful! Management has always been helpful. Maintenance will come and fix your issues when placed in a timely manner. The neighbors are nice, and landscaping reminds me to take in the beauty of nature. Not too expensive! Thank you for the experience.

This is a wonderful place to call home. It clean and nice inside the units. The manager is amazing caring and really takes the time to help you. I will recommend any one i know to rent here. They make it easy and make you feel like family.

Donât waste your time here. I was sick the first day I moved in, due to mood/lint and debris in the vents. When you move out, theyâll send you the final bill with ridiculous cleaning fees up to $150 that will only go to their pockets and not made for cleaning the apartment.
