Country Springs was a great place to live! We had to move in from a different state sight unseen and Dawnette helped us through the entire process and made sure everything was seamless. The apartment was very clean and the community is very well kept! Maintenance responds very timely, and trash is picked up multiple times a week. Overall a great place to live!

I usually donât make reviews, but Country Springs stands out above all other apartment complexes. Not only is it well taken care of, it also is run by the most amazing staff. Whenever I needed help with literally anything, the maintenance tech Valerio was quick to respond and willing to help. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

My name is Alex Healey, and I can safely say Country Springs is by far the best experience my wife and I have had in our 17 years as renters. Unfortunately, we have found ourselves at the mercy of dishonest and heartless landlords who only care about money. Country Springs sincerely cares if their renters are happy. Dawnette, the manager of Country Springs, makes sure that any concern we have is taken care of immediately. She and the staff of Country Springs are the few remaining individuals who embrace the definition of customer service. Finally, I am disabled. Within the 3 months we've lived here, twice, they have been more than happy to accommodate me by making modifications to our apartment. This is just one example that proves Country Springs is where anyone who rents should want to make home.

Editing my original review because it won't let me add a new one: I love this place so much. My neighbors are so nice, the pool is clean and well kept, and Dawnette and Lyndon are responsive and kind. Maintenance has also been patient with me as I had a new baby and they needed to fix things and worked around my schedule for the baby. If I ever leave it'll be a sad day.
The management is awesome, love their communication with the residents. The maintenance team is prompt with the fixes to any problems in my unit and on the grounds.

I have lived here for a few years now and it has been a great experience. Management is kind and incredibly helpful. They regularly follow up with me on maintenance requests, and their new maintenance team has been outstanding. There have been several upgrades around the grounds recently and they seem to really want people to have a good experience living here.

Iâve stayed at these apartments for two years. Itâs been wonderful! Management has always been helpful. Maintenance will come and fix your issues when placed in a timely manner. The neighbors are nice, and landscaping reminds me to take in the beauty of nature. Not too expensive! Thank you for the experience.

I’ve lived here for three years now and by far the safest place for me and my kids. The playground for the kids is in the middle so you can see your kids playing from your place or the neighbors too. Very good community of people. The office staff are very nice and I love Dawnette. Such a pleasant manager. She works with you if needed and always keep you posted so your not late or pay extra fees.
Anyways, this is mainly for the maintenance staff. Very efficient and very fast. They get the work done. One time late night when I just got off, I didn’t have hot water. Called the after hour crew and he was here right away. Recently my heater turned off and on, and they got right on it and got the company to replace something. And so much more. Fix my shower, replacing the light. I put in a work order today and they get it done today. Super nice and respectful team. Even when they could say something to the tenants when needed, they never do. I’m happy with our staff. The place is clean daily. Either is rainy. sunny, snowing they get it done. I love living here and my kid loves it too. I think we’ll be here for a while.

Management was amazing! I've never said that before about an apartment complex. But donette was really attentive and personable. The apartment itself needs a bit of updating and new plumbing. That's why the 4 stars. But the grounds are well kept, actually quite pretty. It was overall a good experience for my little family.

As new immigrants with zero knowledge on everything, our apartment application was a breeze. The staff were very accommodating and thorough. They patiently thought us what to do and they respond very fast. They were very considerate of our situation given that we had to move in as soon as possible. The application only took 2 days to be completed and the 3rd day we moved in. Everyone was amazing.

Country Springs is wonderful! I had a great experience with all the staff. Bianca, a very nice and expert, knew what I was looking for. I lived out of state and I called into the office to get information about the property. Bianca was very helpful with information and let me know something came available that she thought I would like. My apartment was freshly painted, spotless and smelled great when I moved in. This Apartment has a lot of trees, a nice park and a nice yard. The view from the windows is unbelievable and the tennant are so friendly. The property is kept very clean. One more thing, the maintenance team is the best. I highly recommend this place.

Weâve been here for about a year and a half and love it. The property managers are always so helpful and kind, and every time we fill out a maintenance request, they always come within a couple of hours and are always fix our problems. Itâs a great place to live and is close less than a mile from the university mall and Target, and a couple of miles from the Riverwoods, so youâre really close to everything!

My husband and I lived here for 5 years. Its been a great place to live. The maintenance crew is awesome, especially John. Anytime we needed them, they were over right away and did great work. The office ladies and management was great to work with and they were always very kind. Its a nice, quiet place to live with lots of trees and grass. We have to move because we are now too far from work, otherwise we would stay. If you are looking for a place to live in Orem, choose Country Springs! You won't regret it.

I lived here last year and honestly want go back! I loved it here! Great office staff and great maintenance! Always on time to do everything! Honestly I think people who have bad reviews are also people who have done bad and donât want to admit it! If you pay your rent on time and follow rules and just do things right there is nothing the office will do to do you wrong! The only reason a left itâs because my rent was going up about $70 for the next year but honestly going to another complex now and paying âlessâ I really believe I made the wrong choice! I think I will be going back when my current lease is up! Thank you Country Spring for a great experience!

I just signed my 5th lease in a row here. I like it here. Management is really cool. Great amenities, central location, clean and well maintained. I was a Landlord myself for many years, so I can tell they do a good job. People who are negative have problems wherever they go.

Personally I loved living here! I moved in with some friends and it was great. The ward is awesome and management was awesome to work with if we needed anything.

I've been looking for a place since September and Country spring was one of the last I'd applied with. I dragged my feet on making a decision but Sami was very patience with me. So now I live there and I love my place. One bed one bath and its spacious. I love the floor plan and vaulted ceiling. I like that everything is convenient around the area. Love how quiet it is all day. Neighbors are very kind and respectful of others privacy. Few things that are my own opinion that could've been better. A higher toilet bowl and more space in bathroom. (1 bedroom) The window seal is not well insulated. This could affect the electricity bill alot. But other then that, its been great so far. Oh and better exercise equipment. They seem outdated for the price we are charge and better maintained. It's looks clean and all but for an apartment like this that offers, it could've been better. But that's just me. But overall, experience with having application process to moving in was really good. I love my new place. perfect size for me and my boy. We'll see how it goes for the rest of the year.

I honestly loved living here, no doubt! I just wish whoever stole my brothers bike would have been found or at least brought back. That was a bad experience but overall it was good

We've lived here for a year and we've really enjoyed our experience with Country Springs. Parking is great, neighbors are nice, the pool is sometimes crowded with people that don't necessarily live here, but it's nice. We've had some minor issues and maintenance has come and fixed the problems. Sometimes it takes a while for things to get fixed, but I've had an overall positive experience. The apartments are spacious and super clean.

Just visited to look at some studio apartments that were available, Jordain gave us a tour and made us feel right at home! She answered all of our questions and gave us all the information we needed! Grounds looked beautiful and well tended, apartments were up to date and well sized. In the process of filling out the housing application and I look forward to moving in!

Interesting, I wrote a review about a year ago and it's not showing up. I've been in Country Springs almost 2 years, and I love it. The grounds and apartments are beautiful. I've never been treated poorly by the office staff. In fact, they know my name and contact me when a package comes in or I've called in a maintenance request, to see if the repair were done well and in a timely manner. Yes, I pay for water, sewer, and trash. I have never lived in an apartment where I didn't pay for these things.
Bottom line is I'm glad I chose Country Springs.

Me and my husband and son live here and so far so good! It's pricey for you get but other than that everything has been going by smoothly!
