I’ve lived here for three years now and by far the safest place for me and my kids. The playground for the kids is in the middle so you can see your kids playing from your place or the neighbors too. Very good community of people. The office staff are very nice and I love Dawnette. Such a pleasant manager. She works with you if needed and always keep you posted so your not late or pay extra fees.
Anyways, this is mainly for the maintenance staff. Very efficient and very fast. They get the work done. One time late night when I just got off, I didn’t have hot water. Called the after hour crew and he was here right away. Recently my heater turned off and on, and they got right on it and got the company to replace something. And so much more. Fix my shower, replacing the light. I put in a work order today and they get it done today. Super nice and respectful team. Even when they could say something to the tenants when needed, they never do. I’m happy with our staff. The place is clean daily. Either is rainy. sunny, snowing they get it done. I love living here and my kid loves it too. I think we’ll be here for a while.
