Very unimpressed. Everything was great until we moved into our original apartment and it was FILTHY. My wife spent 2 days cleaning it. Neighbors were rowdy, appliances were run down poor maintenance. Our apartment then flooded due to their maintenance guy leaving a toilet running in the apartment above mine while we were on vacation. No apologizes, no compensation whatsoever. We then move out and receive a dispo with cleaning fees? How are we receiving that when the apartment was a WRECK when we moved in. Mold, broken cabinets, stained base boards etc. Very very disappointed in the end with our whole experience. I highly reccomend asking to see the exact apartment you’re moving into and not a model. They’re pretty thrashed.

Country Springs was a great place to live! We had to move in from a different state sight unseen and Dawnette helped us through the entire process and made sure everything was seamless. The apartment was very clean and the community is very well kept! Maintenance responds very timely, and trash is picked up multiple times a week. Overall a great place to live!
