I have lived in the Country Springs apartments for 3 years now. I have enjoyed the apartment and management has always been nice and helpful.

Loved the management and community. Management is so willing to work with you and help in anyway they can. Super nice apartments for a good price.

Interesting, I wrote a review about a year ago and it's not showing up. I've been in Country Springs almost 2 years, and I love it. The grounds and apartments are beautiful. I've never been treated poorly by the office staff. In fact, they know my name and contact me when a package comes in or I've called in a maintenance request, to see if the repair were done well and in a timely manner. Yes, I pay for water, sewer, and trash. I have never lived in an apartment where I didn't pay for these things. Bottom line is I'm glad I chose Country Springs.

Beautiful apartments, terrible everything else. SUPER expensive too. Your list price may be low $800s, but when you throw on EVERY utility that YOU have to pay it ended up being close to $1200 a month, on top of things like parking fees, taxes, and the "market rent" which is actually way higher than your base but you get it discounted for paying on time. There are way nicer and way newer places in Orem if you are going to spend that much a month. That being said, I had no complaints with the apartment itself, it was in very good condition and looked very updated. Two bathrooms were nice, we had enough space to be comfortable for sure. However the few tiny maintenance issues that we did have were a joke. We had to ask literally four months in a row for them to fix things, and when the maintenance guy did come he was super rude. I gave up on asking requests to be completed, since they never got done and had an excuse every month for why it didn't. Our biggest issue was with the office. We never had issues with things like rent being paid, it was issues such as them posting noise complaints from days we weren't even home. My favorite was when they accused us of having extra people living with us and said we could get evicted if we didn't have them added to our rent immediately and pay extra fees to have them do so. My roommate and I were both engaged, we both had our fiances coming over to visit every night and LEAVE every night. But they didn't even bother to call and ask us what was going on first, they just flat out accused us and posted the very threatening letter on our door then had to snoop through our apartment for evidence that they weren't living there. It was very disturbing knowing someone was paying close enough attention to even notice them coming every night, and how would they even know they weren't on the rent in the first place?? Super stressful and terrible office service. We just had a lot of really dumb issues with the office that could have easily been avoided altogether, and so much extra stress and hassle that was not needed. Go somewhere else if you want a nice apartment, there are plenty of new ones around Orem.

Never live here! If I could give it zero stars I would. Moved into an apartment a year and half ago, had to switch due to a new lease. Had to sign a whole new lease but never got my remaining deposit back from previous building. Than out of no where I come home to a pet violation! Claiming it came to their attention that a pet is residing in my apartment and they're going to charge me $50 dollars a day until it's taken care of. Talk to the lady at front desk and she says they have "visual evidence", even though I'm allergic to dogs! I do not own a dog nor has anyone that has set foot into this apartment brought a dog. But when I go to resolve the situation the manager is not there, even though it says they don't leave till 6. Absolutely terrible experience and over priced. I would never recommend anyone to live here, ever.
