One of the worst management I have ever worked with. Be sure to go through the entire lease agreement before signing up. Administration Fee is 300$ ( new tenants ask about this) and is non-refundable. There are also a bunch of caveats if you end up leaving the apartments. We got a 520$ cleaning bill even though we kept the apartment spotless. I would not recommend.

We've lived here for a year and we've really enjoyed our experience with Country Springs. Parking is great, neighbors are nice, the pool is sometimes crowded with people that don't necessarily live here, but it's nice. We've had some minor issues and maintenance has come and fixed the problems. Sometimes it takes a while for things to get fixed, but I've had an overall positive experience. The apartments are spacious and super clean.

Just visited to look at some studio apartments that were available, Jordain gave us a tour and made us feel right at home! She answered all of our questions and gave us all the information we needed! Grounds looked beautiful and well tended, apartments were up to date and well sized. In the process of filling out the housing application and I look forward to moving in!

Horrible experience. At first, everything was okay and management were really nice. We made a couple of complaints as tenants were smoking right outside of our apartment. It got so bad we wanted out of our lease agreement and tried to get someone to take over our contract. Management told us that this wouldn't be a problem. Like someone has already mentioned, when we referred someone else, they magically took another apartment. Turns out that management had lied to them by saying our account was in collections so they couldn't give our apartment to them. We then caught the management out via email where they admitted that our account was not in collections. Basically, I would never recommend Country Springs to anyone. We have written proof that they are liars and will do anything to screw you over if things do not go their way. They do not want to take responsibility for anything.
