it's been over two weeks, we have had matience come many times to fix or look at this plumbing leak, they didn't clean up even though i complained. At out last apartment we moved out because of mold, and even after i told management my concerns that mold can grow super quick, but when i asked to clean up after themselves and cut the moldy drywall out they responded with this- From Country Springs - I'm sorry, for today they did not find that necessary. We really appreciate your patience, and we will keep you constantly updated. to make matters worse if it's from the shower like they are saying it's non potable water. i'm a licensed plumber and offered to fix it told em i could find it quick, it's like they want us to be trapped in with mold! matience needs to knock before they come in aswell one of us was home when they came by with no heads up or a knock guess we gotta deadbolt the door to feel safe.

Live here if you want to loose money. Management is unfair we finish up our contract left the apartment clean and nice they didnât give us not even one dollar back from our deposit they kept the money with the excuse that they need to vacumm the carpet and they were gonna use $600. Never gave us our money back

This is the first place that weâve renewed our contract at in years! Our apartment has a very homey and cozy feeling. The community is lovely and itâs nice to see the people out and about in the courtyard talking and playing! The management team is competent and kind! The maintenance team is big and on top of our maintenance requests. As a family that has lived in many pet friendly apartment complexes, Country Springs has been very clean and I have rarely ever seen pet poo on the premises which is a huge win for us!

Very unimpressed. Everything was great until we moved into our original apartment and it was FILTHY. My wife spent 2 days cleaning it. Neighbors were rowdy, appliances were run down poor maintenance. Our apartment then flooded due to their maintenance guy leaving a toilet running in the apartment above mine while we were on vacation. No apologizes, no compensation whatsoever. We then move out and receive a dispo with cleaning fees? How are we receiving that when the apartment was a WRECK when we moved in. Mold, broken cabinets, stained base boards etc. Very very disappointed in the end with our whole experience. I highly reccomend asking to see the exact apartment youâre moving into and not a model. Theyâre pretty thrashed. Took my whole deposit. Do better.
