The first day of move in was super nice and they were respectful (office), then a few weeks go by and our a/c was acting up so we got the maintenance person to check it out and he says we froze the pipes even though it was the middle of August. Weeks go by with no a/c and front office was getting made that we were calling in telling them to fix a/c. Office lady (Dawnette) was very rude to us saying thereâs nothing they could do to fix problem and hung up immediately on us. There very rude people and they do not care for there clients

one day turnaround. very responsive. great place to live. ***Update 10/29/2024*** still here and not a complaint. If anything, the complex continues to improve and if something does need replaced/repaired their maintenance team is exceptional. They're all great but one guy (Valencaio) really stands out amongst a solid team. Extremely helpful and very prompt, friendly, and efficient.

Not sure what the other bad reviews are about but we have nothing to complain about! Itâs been great! We love the area, nice and quiet, pretty landscape nice inside and outside! I needed my fireplace turned on and they did it the same day! My guess is itâs the people who trash the apartments and then get upset they get the consequences of their actions! They are roomy and we love them! The fountain is so cool! Office worked with us through all our PERSONAL issues during the application and were very kind and professional! Again NO COMPLAINTS!
