We’ve been here for about a year and a half and love it. The property managers are always so helpful and kind, and every time we fill out a maintenance request, they always come within a couple of hours and are always fix our problems. It’s a great place to live and is close less than a mile from the university mall and Target, and a couple of miles from the Riverwoods, so you’re really close to everything!

My husband and I lived here for 5 years. Its been a great place to live. The maintenance crew is awesome, especially John. Anytime we needed them, they were over right away and did great work. The office ladies and management was great to work with and they were always very kind. Its a nice, quiet place to live with lots of trees and grass. We have to move because we are now too far from work, otherwise we would stay. If you are looking for a place to live in Orem, choose Country Springs! You won't regret it.

The first day of move in was super nice and they were respectful (office), then a few weeks go by and our a/c was acting up so we got the maintenance person to check it out and he says we froze the pipes even though it was the middle of August. Weeks go by with no a/c and front office was getting made that we were calling in telling them to fix a/c. Office lady (Dawnette) was very rude to us saying there’s nothing they could do to fix problem and hung up immediately on us. There very rude people and they do not care for there clients
