4 star review: Managers and leasing staff are always friendly. Maintenance guys always say hello in the mornings and give an added touch of safety when walking to my car. Quick to respond. I have lived here for 7 months and haven't had any issues with online payments. Hoping to sign another lease next year!
UPDATE: Please note that my above review was posted after 7 months of living here. We lived here for 4 years from 2020-2024. After our second year, it went downhill and was so terrible. The maintenance guys all left and were replaced by subpar employees. It was overrun with multiple generations living in single units. The grass was shredded to the dirt from kids playing soccer from 8am-11pm. Windows were always being broken, When complained to management, they stated that the kids playing soccer didn't even live in the complex. No parents in sight even when notices were constantly sent that kids under 12 shouldn't be unattended. Parties were constantly happening in the shared areas until 1 am. We couldn't enjoy the pool because residents would bring 20-30 extra people and play loud music. We constantly had issues with water leaking down the walls. Could never get anyone to answer the phone in the office. Dog poop was all over the place because there was no dog park or trash cans. The carpet was so cheap it constantly would pull up when we vacuumed. We only stayed to build up rental history and our finances. We moved out in June 2024. They did give us back a little of our deposit, but we honestly weren't even expecting that to happen.
