Cleiton was pretty awesome. Our issue was that we paid a holding fee for an apartment but because of my work we have to move to another city. I was told we wouldnât be able be able to get the holding fee refunded which was no big deal. The problem was that the holding fee wasnât even processed until we asked for it back. Just seemed a little sketch to me.

Great staff, really kind and easy to work with. Moving in was easy with no problems. Good location and it's not noisy which I love.

This place is so great! Itâs clean, quite, and the new renovations are beautiful. Cleiton made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked into the office and he walked me through everything I needed to do to move in.

Kai came in our home and he got right to figuring out our problems!! It took him less than 5 mins to figure it out!! He was very knowledgeable in his field and honestly he was just a genuinely nice man! He treated my wife and I with nothing but respect!! Friendly and open to conversations makes a stranger in your house less weird!! He did awesome!!
