Country Springs has been home sweet home for my kids and I. Love that my kids feel safe and love coming home. Neighbors are nice and respectful to each other. Love it here!!

This is a very calm and pleasant place to live. It feels safe and welcoming, like it’s truly your own home. The pool and gym are always available, which adds great value and makes living here even more enjoyable. I love live here!

Have lived here for 3. Years best place love the office Staff, they are very welcoming and do fun things for the holiday. Maintenance workers they are awesome and respond fast to repairs. I like to say the maintenance guys care and build relationships with the tenants. Love my country springs family 5 star 100%

My husband and I have lived here for almost two years! We have really liked it. Good amount of space for a decent price. Especially in this market! Maintenance and the front office are super responsive and kind! We will probably live here as long as we stay in Orem!

I moved in September 2025, everything very well, maintenance has responded quickly to everything that has been requested. We haven't had any problems so far.

I lived here for about 4 years and overall it’s a really decent place to live. The walls aren’t super thin like you might find other places, so it’s pretty quiet and comfortable. Maintenance was dependable and the management was very decent. I moved out a year ago and wish I still lived here.

Good luck sleeping on Tuesday mornings. They have lawn mowers, weed wackers, leaf blowers going bright and early first thing in the morning for hours! Terribly inconsiderate of their tenants.
