I lived here for about 4 years and overall it’s a really decent place to live. The walls aren’t super thin like you might find other places, so it’s pretty quiet and comfortable. Maintenance was dependable and the management was very decent. I moved out a year ago and wish I still lived here.

Good luck sleeping on Tuesday mornings. They have lawn mowers, weed wackers, leaf blowers going bright and early first thing in the morning for hours! Terribly inconsiderate of their tenants.

Just moved in July 2025. I have to say the community feels great and the office staff are very friendly and welcoming. So far very happy with my decision to choose Country Springs as my new Orem home!

I would never understand why maintenance worker arrives without shoe covers. We clean our house and Country Springs sometimes sends people to check cleanliness and then again they send their maintenance worker without shoe covers to bring dirt, poop, and others into our apartments to make it dirty. This is contradictory. You send people to check apartments' cleanliness with dirty shoes to make the apartment dirty.

Loved living here the past year. My only complaint is the subpar fitness center (two treadmills in a scary basement). Luckily VASA is close enough, lol. Overall though we’ve had a good experience!!
